The latest developments for injection molding were presented at the joint FIMRO & FONDAREX booth at FAKUMA 2021. FIMRO presented its range of systems for cleaning and testing temperature control channels in die casting molds. With these systems, contamination on the walls of the channels is loosened and removed, and the flow rate and pressure density of the temperature control channels can also be checked.

Fondarex presented the completely revised generation of Vacuplast systems. These systems remove air and resulting outgassing from the cavity during the injection of the plastic. This significantly improves the quality of the components produced. The cleaning intervals for removing contamination from the injection mold caused by outgassing are extended.
