Together with Fondarex, we were able to convince numerous visitors of our technology with our systems. The latest version of the Fondarex PLAST vacuum system was shown. This serves to actively ventilate the cavity in the injection molding and thus increase quality. Furthermore, resulting gases can be sucked out and contamination of the surface can be significantly reduced.

The series of SPM systems from Fimro, systems for preventive cleaning and testing of mold temperature control channels, was also presented. With these systems, impurities such as lime / rust / carbon can be removed from the temperature control channel and flow and pressure density can be checked at the same time. This means that the heat balance of the injection mold is permanently maintained and the mold is ideally prepared and checked for the next use.
