More complex casting processes require individual and accurate temperature control solutions. Regloplas offers with the mulitPulse a versatile and individually applicable pulse temperature control up to 160 °. By means of a PLC control, cooling times can be set individually for each circuit and the process can be controlled by the integrated temperature and flow sensors per circuit. Due to the possibility of positioning the distributor unit close to the die, process times can be further optimized and energy losses minimized.
