SPM1000 – Custom-Built Solution: Tailored to Individual Requirements

The SPM1000 was specifically developed as a custom solution to meet even the most demanding customer requirements. It offers maximum flexibility and allows individual adaptations that go far beyond standard solutions. This makes it possible to optimally align cleaning and testing processes, as well as tempering and cooling circuits, with specific production requirements.

Recently, we successfully delivered another tailor-made SPM1000 to a customer. The system was configured exactly according to their specifications, featuring a 1,000 L tank for large process volumes, a frequency-controlled pump with 300 l/min for precise flow control, integrated flow measurement for continuous process monitoring, a 2“ circuit for efficient circulation, a filter system according to customer requirements, and automatic tank refilling with precise dosing of the cleaning agent.

With this individually planned SPM1000, our customers benefit from maximum process reliability, efficient automation, and optimally adapted cleaning, testing, and tempering processes. All SPM systems can be flexibly customized to meet specific requirements, allowing us to fulfill even complex customer requests in the areas of tempering channels, tempering circuits, and cooling circuits. When standard solutions are not sufficient, we develop the ideal SPM1000 together with our customers – a fully tailored solution for demanding production processes.
