The SPM200 from Fimro is a powerful flushing and testing machine for tempering channels and cooling circuits, specially developed for demanding industrial applications. As a custom-built solution, the SPM200 is individually adapted to meet specific customer requirements. In the current project, the system layout was tailored to the customer’s spatial conditions, and the program was extended to include pressure-tightness testing using compressed air.

The SPM200 enables reliable flushing, cleaning, and testing of tempering channels to remove impurities and ensure uniform flow. Precise testing processes detect leaks, flow deviations, and functional faults at an early stage—an essential factor for quality assurance and process stability in production. The entire system is controlled via an integrated PLC, and the data can be exported for further processing.

Thanks to the modular design of all SPM systems, the series can be configured in custom design for different component geometries, cooling circuits, and tempering systems. Companies benefit from increased efficiency, reproducible results, and sustainable optimization of their production processes.
